Job Description

To perform Order Entry of Daily Product Orders.

Responsibilities

Process incoming orders for Centeron, Dataloggers, Core and RTT80 Product Lines.

Make changes to existing orders when needed.

Enter RMA’s into WebView as requested.

Process Credit Memorandums.

Add sales tax to Call Block orders.

Expedite orders when requested.

Maintain open and closed order files.

Respond to Sales, Reps and Customer email inquiries.

Requirements

Data Entry Skills.

Customer service Skills.

A high degree to accuracy and detail.

Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge.

Knowledge of AS400

Knowledge of SAP.
