Excellent written and oral

communication skills

Proficient in word processing and PC based spreadsheet programs

Working knowledge of computer point of sale retail system including ability to troubleshoot

Familiar with multiline telecom equipment and paging/PBX operator

Responsibilities:

Communicates with patients, patient families and/or healthcare professionals in the inpatient and outpatient waiting room environment. Gathers information for EPIC. Maintains and updates the retail point of sale inventory system. Performs a variety of customer-oriented activities including greeting and directing visitors, answering phones and acting as liaison for physicians, clinical staff and patient families.
