QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
Attention to detail
Strong computer skills
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
Experience as a plumbing or HVAC customer service rep is highly preferred.
Experience with Service Titan software is also highly preferred!

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
This part-time position typically works Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Additionalwork from homeweekend hours are available to those who are interested.

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the cheerful voice of our company. When clients call, you answer the phone and greet them with a friendly attitude. Depending on their specific needs, you answer their questions, connect them with the information they’re looking for, or forward their message to the appropriate person. If they’re calling to set up an appointment, you help them get it scheduled.
Then, you communicate the details of the job to our service team, keeping accurate documentation and using software like Service Titan to help all our teams work together effectively.
