Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) – Showroom Sales – EDM
We are looking to fill a permanent position of Customer Service Representative for our Edmonton Showroom, a division of Richelieu.
Position
Description:
The CSR will work in our showroom at the Edmonton location.
Answering customer phone calls and working with customers in the showroom; sharing accurate information and
product knowledge
, ensuring
exceptional service
and
customer satisfaction
.
Respond, communicate, and provide timely information by phone, and email.
Assist customers by processing orders, product returns and claims.
Maintain the showroom by routinely cleaning displays, ensuring floors and aisles are kept clear and tidy, and that all products are properly tagged and visible.
Key Attributes:
Motivated, energetic individual who has the ability to deal with customers in a professional manner.
Office administration – filing, invoicing, preparing bank deposits, and other varying clerical duties. Experience in the cabinetry & millwork or hardware distribution related industry considered an asset.
Familiar with order entry processes and procedures. Team player with excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills, confidence, and comfort with both telephone and in-person contacts.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task.
Self-Starter and willingness to take initiative.
Independent in carrying out daily tasks.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).Demonstrated
flexibility
to adapt to changes in procedures, job assignments and work schedules.
Participate in training sessions on new products.
Must be
punctual, have a desire to learn, and detail-orientated.
