Responsibilities:
- Ensure that our customers have a great experience using our service by responding to their questions via e-mail, CRM, and/or visit directly to our office are handle with the best manners.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Senior High School or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in customer-focused role (P2P is preferred, call center, etc).
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
