Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that our customers have a great experience using our service by responding to their questions via e-mail, CRM, and/or visit directly to our office are handle with the best manners.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Senior High School or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in customer-focused role (P2P is preferred, call center, etc).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
