Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Support role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Customer Service Support team member will respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing clear and timely assistance for service orders, delivery questions, and issue resolution. Responsibilities include guiding customers through the Tentram platform, troubleshooting basic technical or account-related issues, and coordinating with internal teams and external service providers to ensure orders are completed accurately. The role also involves documenting interactions, updating customer records, and escalating complex cases when needed. The ideal candidate will consistently represent Tentram’s commitment to friendly, efficient, and reliable support.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Interpersonal Skills.
- Clear and professional communication abilities, including excellent Phone Etiquette and active listening.
- Basic Technical Support skills with the ability to assist customers in using apps or digital platforms.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or hospitality is preferred.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jakarta with a flexible schedule, including weekends or shifts if required.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a calm approach under pressure.
- S1 or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
