Hiring: Customer Success Executive | 4–15 Years Experience

Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer success? We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Executive to join our growing team.

Location: Durgapur/Jaipur/Madurai/Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer onboarding and implementation activities.
  • Understand customer business requirements and workflows.
  • Drive successful CMMS & IoT implementations.
  • Conduct admin and end-user training sessions.
  • Monitor customer adoption, engagement, and platform utilization.
  • Identify low-adoption areas and develop strategies to increase usage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular business review meetings and customer health checks.
  • Handle customer escalations and manage critical accounts.
  • Support customer renewals and retention initiatives.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product and technical teams for improvements.
  • Prepare customer reports, MIS, and customer dossiers.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and customer success methodologies.
  • Customer retention and account management expertise.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in CMMS & IoT implementation projects.
  • Data migration and application support experience.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to conduct customer training and business reviews.
  • Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and customer growth initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM and Customer Success platforms.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle management and success metrics.
  • Technical background or familiarity with software development processes.
