In this role, you bridge the gap between customers, sales, finance, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure every order is executed accurately and delivered on time.

Here's what you do:

✅ Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, creating a smooth and positive onboarding experience.

✅ Manage the complete order lifecycle—from preparing Proforma Invoices (PIs) and validating customer orders to ensuring timely order fulfillment.

✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to streamline operations and maintain high service levels.

✅ Coordinate shipment planning, transport bookings, and export documentation while ensuring compliance with Incoterms, packaging, and delivery requirements.

✅ Monitor inventory, shipment status, and delivery timelines, proactively resolving issues to minimize delays and maximize customer satisfaction.

✅ Maintain accurate ERP records, manage Order Trackers, and generate operational reports that support informed business decisions.

✅ Drive continuous process improvements by identifying operational bottlenecks and recommending enhancements to ERP workflows and business processes.
