Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented associate to support and streamline daily
website operations across data management, order processing, creative assets, and social
media. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth workflows, data
accuracy, and timely execution of tasks to support business growth and
customer satisfaction
.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Data Management
● Ensure all orders flow seamlessly through the system, resolving any issues promptly.
● Regularly update key operational and tracking sheets, including:
○ Daily performance reports (DoD Sheets).
○ Discount and promotional sheets.
○ SKU performance and funnel tracking.
○ Weekly traffic and competitor analysis data.
○ Inventory and slab data updates.
● Track and update inventory for SKUs and freebies.
● Ensure accurate reporting of return-to-origin (RTO) numbers.
Creative Coordination
● Assist in the creation and updating of promotional materials, such as:
○ Website banners and offer displays.
○ Product listing images and content for new product launches.
Social Media Support
● Collaborate on the development of a social media calendar for the website to align
content with business objectives.
● Coordinate and schedule social media posts, reels, and stories.
● Brainstorm and execute engaging content, such as giveaways, hampers, and
Q&A-style interactions.
● Support influencer collaborations and social media campaigns.
E-Commerce & System Support
● Monitor and resolve system errors, including failed order processing.
● Sync inventory across systems to ensure accurate stock levels.
● Ensure allocation of freebies as per promotional strategies.
● Conduct regular checks to ensure smooth operation of order flows and timely dispatch
of SLA orders.
Product & Customer Experience Management
● Ensure product detail pages (PDPs) are
up-to-date
with accurate description.
Key Skills &
Qualifications:
● Strong organizational and
problem-solving skills
.
● Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
● Familiarity with social media platforms.
● Experience with e-commerce platforms like shopify is a must along with order
management systems.
● Excellent
communication skills
and a
collaborative
mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
● 1-3 years of experience in website operations or e-commerce,
● Background in a
fast-paced environment
, such as D2C or online retail businesses, is a
plus.
