We are looking for an experienced Business Support and Executive Assistant to cover a 12 month period of parental leave. In this role you’ll not only support the NZ Managing Director and members of the NZ Leadership Team, but you will also play a pivotal role in our team and office environment, organising business-wide events and meetings, and providing general support in the office.How You Will ContributeYou will:

Executive Assistant support including diary management, meeting arrangements, and email monitoring for the Managing Director and some members of the leadership team

Managing the travel arrangements and expense claims for the MD and providing support for the leadership team where required, including making arrangements and itineraries for overseas visitors

Event coordination for all leadership team meetings, all company-wide meetings, social club events, some aspects of our company conference, and the annual Christmas Event.

What You Will Bring

The successful candidate will have a number of years’ experience supporting senior leaders and their leadership teams, and providing general business support. Of course you will also need to have experience organising large meetings and events (and love it!). You will be a strong communicator and able to build effective relationships with each of the multiple stakeholders you support. The ability to adapt to the differences in style and support required will be key, as is the ability to effectively prioritise your work alongside incoming correspondence and requests.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Teams and Outlook is required, in addition to proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP and Concur is also advantageous.

Our office environment is friendly and lots of fun, and alongside the support you’ll provide the leadership team, this role is key to creating the events and moments that our people enjoy. You need to thrive on the planning & organisation required to bring events together and be able to manage the busy periods that inevitably occur in this type of role.
