About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Remote Data Entry and Operations Associate to join our team. This role will primarily involve accurate and efficient data entry tasks while also supporting various operational tasks as per the company’s evolving needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, speed and efficiency.

Enter and update information into our systems and databases.

Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness.

Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data, maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Research basic details (name and phone number) from public websites

Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns and provide regular updates on progress and completion of tasks.

Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to meet dynamic operational requirements.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and provide support in executing day-to-day tasks.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient typing and data entry skills.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Strong computer skills and familiarity with data entry software and tools.

Familiar with basics of Google Sheets

Able to use Google, Linkedin to search for basic information about prospects (name, phone number, designation)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

Job Location: Remote

CTC: 2.4LPA – 3.5LPA
