AI Trailer Lease, Inc., a family-owned business is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. The Operations Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking.
All candidates will possess the following skills, abilities, and experience:
Minimum 2 years of customer service required.
Minimum 2 years of trailer leasing experience is preferred, however, will provide training for the right candidate.
Perform trailer inspections for customer drop-off and pick-up dates.
Responsible for inventory management and maintenance for the trailer fleet.
Manage certificate of insurance audits for leasing customers.
Conduct quarterly DOT B.I.T inspections.
Responsible for coordinating and scheduling equipment installations and repairs.
Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday through Friday, including 2-3 half-days on Saturdays per month.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in essential computer and basic math skills. i.e., word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
Perform other related work duties as required by the General Manager and owners.
