Key ResponsibilitiesExecute data entry tasks with accuracy, entering information into our database efficiently.
Undertake various tasks and projects as assigned, contributing to the team’s objectives.
Generate special and recurring reports, managing administrative records meticulously.
Verify, correct, and adjust data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information in our systems.
Address any discrepancies in data by rectifying errors and ensuring the integrity of the entered data.
Produce copies and manage documents as needed, alongside maintaining an organized filing system.
Keep a detailed log of daily tasks and accomplishments, ensuring transparency and productivity.
RequirementsA High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.
Experience in data entry or in roles requiring similar skill sets.
Proficiency in typing and a strong foundation in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and paying attention to detail.
Fluent in English with effective interpersonal and communication skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.25 to $20, depending on experience and qualifications.
