Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to input and update data into our computer systems accurately and promptly. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle a large volume of data while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data into company systems.

Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.

Organize and maintain digital and physical files.

Ensure all data is handled in compliance with privacy regulations.

Assist with preparing reports and performing general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in data entry or office administrative support.

Strong typing and computer skills (Excel, Word, and data management software).

Strong 10-key/Alpha numeric experience

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
