Full Job Description

– Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
– Verify and correct data as needed
– Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets
– Organize and file documents
– Perform basic math calculations when necessary
– Transcribe information from paper documents into digital format
– Generate reports and summaries of data as requested
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed

– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Proficient in basic math calculations
– Excellent clerical and organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, use formulas, and create pivot tables
– Ability to type quickly and accurately
– Familiarity with data collection methods and tools
– Experience with order entry systems is a plus
– Strong written and verbal communication skills

This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently. Experience with data entry or administrative tasks is preferred.

Please note that this is not a remote position. The Data Entry Clerk will be required to work on-site at our location.
