A dynamic outpatient sports and orthopedics physical therapy clinic is looking for a part-time front desk administrative assistant with shifts alternating between morning and afternoon, including up to three afternoon shifts, ending at 7pm. Current shift openings are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 1pm-7pm, and Friday from 7am-1pm. Experience is preferred, however, we are willing to train a quality candidate in learning the skills necessary.
Otherwise, our ideal experienced candidate will have a working knowledge of insurance, computers, phone, and patient interactions. Candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated, detail oriented, team player, reliable, meticulous, resourceful, and have effective time management. Must be proficient in english.
