Key Responsibilities
Enter data accurately into databases and spreadsheets
Verify and edit data as necessary to ensure accuracy
Maintain clear and organized records of data entries
Identify and resolve any discrepancies in data
Assist in generating reports based on entered data
Collaborate with team members to streamline data processes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
