We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our data with precision and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining information in our databases, ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for our team members.

Key Responsibilities

Inputting data into the company database accurately and efficiently

Verifying and correcting data discrepancies

Maintaining and updating records as necessary

Generating reports from the database to assist with decision-making

Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times

Collaborating with team members to gather necessary information

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus

Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
