Job Title: Executive Office Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our educational business, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and assisting with customer and employee relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (written and verbal), a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask. This will include assisting the president of the business as well as other administrators.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including scheduling with teachers, parents, and potential applicants
Assist and manage clients and teachers, ensuring excellent customer service
Maintain and update existing records, forms, and documentation
Help develop and distribute educational materials and resources
Make preliminary calls to potential applicants and conduct first interviews
Work collaboratively with educators, trainers, and management to enhance business operations
Handle any other duties as assigned to support the efficiency and success of the business
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in an educational setting
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Customer service experience and a friendly, professional demeanor
Passion for education and a commitment to supporting learning initiatives
Job Type: Part-time (30- 35 hours per week)
Location: Completely remote, but must be in the Los Angeles area
