Marketing and Operations Coordinator

What You Will Gain:

Client & Vendor Communication: Build exceptional interpersonal and communication skills by interacting with clients, agents, and industry vendors.
Administrative Excellence: Learn the best practices in digital and physical record management, calendar coordination, and detailed presentation preparation.
Market Insight: Develop analytical skills by conducting market research, analyzing feedback, and prospecting new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Execute strategic marketing campaigns, manage promotional materials, and collaborate closely with Compass marketing.
Coordinate listing details, including descriptions, photography, floor plans, and promotional visibility.
Manage precise and detailed board application submissions.
Act as a positive representative of the team in communications.
Organize team calendars and schedules effectively.
Oversee administrative tasks including documentation, answering inquiries, and scheduling.
Prepare listing presentations, Comparative Market Analyses, and essential real estate documents.
Support team initiatives such as open houses, showings, and client meetings.
Regularly update and maintain the team’s CRM contacts database.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.
1-3+ years of relevant experience (administration, marketing, retail sales, hospitality).
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
Reliable transportation or unlimited MetroCard for travel within Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Real estate license required or willingness to obtain one promptly.

What We Offer:

Standard office hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility as needed.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
