Full Job Description
Veteran Engineering and Technology, LLC (VET) requires three (2) Data Entry Operator II to support the NOAA FISHERIES OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET.
Duties:
The Contractor shall provide Google site maintenance services for the Acquisition Google Site and CORE Policy Handbook site: Perform an annual review of the Google sites for 508 compliance, correct links, consistency of formatting, quality of writing, and refresh of content by surveying needs from subject matter experts within the organization. The Contractor shall manage the refresh project through completion by coordinating with all division contacts and gaining final approval from FMC leadership.
The Contractor shall create dashboards, graphs, and charts from source data furnished for use in leadership briefings, reports, and ad hoc summaries:
Run financial reports to generate source data for products using BAS and/or PRISM tools.
Develops and furnishes a weekly dashboard that summarizes the contracting activity related to Inflation
Reduction Act-funded contracts in NOAA Fisheries for use by senior leadership. Incorporates automation to reduce time spent on manually manipulating spreadsheets and data to create a dashboard.
Develops and furnishes a bi-weekly dashboard that summarizes all contracting activity in NOAA Fisheries for use by senior leadership. Incorporates automation to reduce time spent on manually manipulating spreadsheets and data to create a dashboard.
The Contractor shall create flyers and posters for use in training and outreach events
The Contractor shall create job aids and guides using subject matter content provided
The Contractor shall design eye-catching, professional written reports and incorporate graphical elements (photos, charts/graphs, infographics, and other visual elements).
The Contractor shall use tools such as but not limited to Canva and
Google suite design templates for reports, flyers, dashboards, job aids, slide deck templates, etc., for use by the workgroup.
