An ADP Client, Multiexport Foods is actively seeking a Data Entry/Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Miami, FL.
About Multiexport Foods:
Multiexport Foods was founded in 1987 from a pioneering vision of young Chilean adventurers and entrepreneurs. Their origins date back to the mid-80s, in Puerto Montt, Chile, where young adventurers saw a great opportunity in the boom of exports that the country was experiencing at the time. In this regard, focus was placed on the X Region, where they began to produce and export seafood, eventually specializing in the supply of salmon exclusively. To this day, Multiexport foods are the historic sea farmers of southern Chile.
About the Role:
Multiexport Foods is looking for a Data Entry/Customer Service Specialist become an integral part of their team in their Miami office. This individual will report to the Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Receive and supply the ERP of the company with the sales orders
Follow up on each sales order until it’s being produced
Stay in touch with the coordinator to solve any issue or change in the sales plan
Solve issues with the coordination of sales with the logistics team
Report any problems that arise in the sales process and be able to troubleshoot on the go
Ideal Candidate:
Legally eligible to work in the US
1-3 years of professional workforce experience strongly preferred
Bachelors degree strongly preferred
Proficiency in Excel (SUM, VLOOKUP, DATABASE, PIVOT TABLE)
Proficient in general computer skills such as Microsoft office
High volume of data processing
SAP Experience desired
Strong relationships with sales representatives and operations
Able to speak English & Spanish preferred
Additional Important Information & Offerings:
M-F 8AM – 5PM In-office schedule; Hybrid flexibility on Tuesdays
$50,000 base salary
