Job Description:
As a member of our Team, this individual is responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to the following:
Enter/update insurance information into company systems
Download & save documents from carrier websites
Entering data into Excel spreadsheets
Answer phones and direct customers to their assigned representative
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Willingness to learn
Proficiency in Mircosoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent written and oral communication skils
Ability to type at least 55+ WPM, with few errors
Attention to detail
Prior experience working in an office setting
Ability to sit at a desk at a computer for 8 hours per day
