We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment, is great at multitasking and has a “can do” positive attitude. Must have a history of being dependable and reliable.
Main Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, collect copays and patient balances
– Provide patient support with form requests, patient portal and registration
Qualifications:
– Previous experience working in a medical or dental front desk position is preferred
– Proficient with using EMR systems or other software systems
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
