Job Description
- Develop and execute workplace and real estate transaction strategies, including acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, and occupancy planning aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, providing strategic advice on workplace, real estate, and operational decisions while acting as an escalation point for transaction-related matters.
- Manage external brokers, consultants, facilities management providers, and other vendors to optimize service delivery, control costs, and implement industry best practices.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate workplace, operational, commercial, and real estate risks to safeguard organizational interests and ensure continuity of operations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Workplace, Real Estate, HR, IT, Security, HSE, and programme management teams to deliver successful workplace and separation outcomes.
- Oversee governance, compliance, and business case approvals, ensuring all workplace and real estate activities adhere to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and ethical standards.
- Monitor financial performance, transaction costs, savings, and key performance indicators while driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting sustainability objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Data Privacy Analyst Should Have
- Language: English , Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Strong workplace operations with proven capability in managing workplace transitions, occupancy planning, facilities management, or real estate transactions in complex corporate environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, build cross-functional relationships, and navigate competing priorities across multiple teams.
- Project and change management expertise, including experience supporting organizational transformation, separations, integrations, relocations, or other large-scale business change initiatives.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze business cases, manage budgets, track KPIs, negotiate with suppliers, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Risk, governance, and compliance knowledge, ensuring workplace operations and real estate activities meet regulatory, security, health, safety, and internal control requirements.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, enabling effective decision-making in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining a positive employee experience and business continuity.
