Delpack Logistics is seeking both Full Time and Part Time package delivery drivers for exclusive work with Amazon Logistics.
Our team offers work schedules every day of the week, with opportunities to take on extra shifts as needed.
The shift for this particular position begins at 10:00 AM and requires an 8+ hour commitment.

This is a permanent position with drivers being paid weekly through direct deposit.
We offer overtime pay at a rate of 1.5x, along with vehicles, gas, uniforms, and GPS.

In order to qualify for this position, candidates must be comfortable working in outdoor conditions for 8+ hours per day, rain, sleet, or snow until the job is complete.
Reliability and dependability are essential traits that we seek in our team members, as missed shifts will not be tolerated.
Drivers must adhere to our strict safety and quality standards both on and off the road, including the ability to drive at night.
Professionalism and positive interactions with customers and the public are also vital in this role.
Other requirements include a valid driver’s license, a reliable smartphone, 21 years of age or older, and a clear background check.
Candidates must also complete a 5-panel drug screen, and be subject to random drug screenings.
As part of our team, drivers will work a minimum of 8-hour shifts and collaborate with colleagues to service Amazon every day of the week, including holidays.
This role involves lifting and moving packages weighing up to a certain amount.
The job requires the ability to lift and relocate packages of approximately 50 lbs. Hand trucks will be provided for assistance.
Additionally, candidates must possess reliable transportation for commuting to and from work.
However, preferred qualifications include maintaining high ethical standards, establishing a proven track record of dependability, possessing prior driving experience, representing a reputable consumer brand with professionalism, having excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting capabilities, and demonstrating strong communication skills.
Candidates should also be self-motivated, able to work independently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, as well as work collaboratively with a team.
