Seeking a Dental Front Office Insurance Coordinator to join a reputable dental practice located in Katy, TX, This position offers the opportunity to work in asupportive environmentand contribute to the success of our practice. As a Dental Front Office Insurance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and providing excellent service to our patients.
You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including insurance verification, claims processing, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments.
Compensation: $15.00 – $21.00 Per hour plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, andpaid time off.
Requirements:
Experience in a dental front office setting (at least 1 year is required).
Proficiency in insurance verification and knowledge of dental procedure codes.
Knowledge of claims processing procedures is preferred.
Strong customer service skills, including answering phones and scheduling appointments.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in afast-pacedoffice setting.
High energy with apositive attitudeand pleasant phone demeanor.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Dedication to providing superior customer service and patient care.
Strong technical abilities with patient management systems – Denticon software experience is a plus!
