Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. The Administrative Assistant will undertake a variety of tasks ranging from managing phone calls and correspondence to organizing and maintaining files and records.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Develop and maintain a filing system for important documents and records.
Provide general administrative support such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management software.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent
