Dental Haven is a brand new & rapidly growing family and cosmetic practice in Middletown, RI. Privately owned with a solo practitioner Dentist looking to add a Dental Receptionist to our team.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5
Dr. Matos is passionate about providing thoughtful, patient-centered care and believes in educating patients to help them make informed decisions about their oral health. With a gentle approach she helps patients feel comfortable while achieving healthy, confident smiles.
Our practice is committed to providing high-quality dentistry while creating an outstanding patient experience. We are looking for a receptionist who enjoys interacting with patients, building long-term relationships, and working collaboratively with the doctor and team to provide excellent communication
We’re looking for a Dental Receptionist who wants to grow with us— Opportunity for Advancement for the right candidate as we grow.
What You’ll Do
- Welcoming patients into the office being the first point of contact
- Checking patients in and out
- Answering calls, texts and emails professionally
- Verifying insurance benefits and assisting patients with reimbursement questions (we are out of network with all insurance)
- Present treatment estimates and discussing financial options
- Follow up on unscheduld treatment and recall appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Help ensure patient satisfaction
Must be:
· A great communicator who builds trust and inspires patients. (Portuguese or Spanish speaking a plus)
· A team player who helps cultivates a positive, growth-oriented culture.
