We are seeking for a high potential candidate to be evaluated in our “Audit” Department with the following qualifications;

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Department Assistant in a reputable firm (preferably a professional services firm)

University degree in a related field

Distinctive planning, organizational and organization skills

Able to work within a dynamic environment and flexible work hours

Having good communication and pronunciation skills

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Stress and time management skills,

Roles Responsibilities

Provide quality support service and maintain operational efficiency in the office by undertaking all administrative affairs for the practice,

Provide administrative/secretarial support such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving and/or referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries,

Schedule meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and/or other similar activities and to make travel and lodging arrangements,

Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and/or other documents as determined by standards and practices,

Process SAP shopping carts, vendor invoices and contracts; help administer time sheets and other administrative forms,

Liaise with Accounting/Finance and Human Resources departments to help manage daily operations,

Sort, screen, review, and distribute incoming and outgoing mails; compose, prepare, or ensure timely responses to a variety of written inquiries.
