This short-term project supports the transition by streamlining and organizing day-to-day digital tools and files. They are currently seeking a Digital Assistant to help improve digital organization and workflow efficiency.

Position Overview
The Digital Assistant will help simplify and organize digital files, subscriptions, passwords, and cloud-based tools. This short-term freelance opportunity requires a highly organized individual who is comfortable working within Apple and Google environments while improving overall digital efficiency.The Digital Assistant will work closely with the founder to reduce digital clutter, resolve account and synchronization issues, and implement easy-to-maintain organization systems across applications, files, and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities Of The Digital Assistant
- Review installed applications and subscriptions; identify duplicate, outdated, or unused tools and recommend removals.
- Organize and simplify the computer working environment, including files, applications, and workflows.
- Audit and organize Google Drive by consolidating or archiving duplicate files and implementing a clean folder structure.
- Audit and organize iCloud files and folders while streamlining active and archived materials.
- Review the Notability setup, confirm account and subscription status, and resolve synchronization or duplication issues.
- Review password storage practices and recommend and implement a clear organizational system.
- Review Google and Apple email and calendar setups to improve synchronization and organization.
- Provide a summary of completed work along with recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
Required Experience/Skills For The Digital Assistant
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in Apple/Mac environments.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Drive, and cloud storage platforms.
- Experience organizing digital files and folders while reducing digital clutter.
- Patient, collaborative communication skills with the ability to explain technology in simple terms.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Digital Assistant
- Experience supporting a founder, executive, or small business operations.
- Previous digital organization or digital operations support experience.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
