Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
Manage daily operations of assigned brand social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Content Creation
Conduct daily content shooting for social media
Create photo and video content for campaigns and daily posting
Edit reels, TikTok videos, short-form content, and promotional videos
Produce behind-the-scenes, product, lifestyle, and trend-based content
Ensure sufficient content assets are available for the brand
- Content Planning & Coordination
Develop weekly content calendars and campaign plans.
Prepare creative briefs for designers, photographers, videographers, and creators.
Coordinate content production and ensure timely delivery.
- Influencer & Creator Coordination
Identify suitable influencers and creators.
Coordinate content deliverables and posting schedules.
Track campaign performance and engagement.
- Digital Performance Analysis
Monitor social media insights, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Prepare monthly performance reports.
Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Brand Consistency
Ensure all digital content follows brand guidelines.
Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.
