Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Develop and execute social media calendars and content strategies aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing objectives.
- Create engaging posts, stories, captions, and short-form content to promote products and enhance brand presence.
- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure all social content reflects consistent brand image and tone.
- Monitor social media platforms daily, respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion), and provide regular reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
- Assist in managing paid social media advertisements to boost awareness and conversion.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and creative formats to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Support overall marketing and branding initiatives, including content planning for promotions and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation
- Strong knowledge of current social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
- Creative eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and engagement-driven content.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
