We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and caring Director of Administration to join our quickly growing team!

As a Crème de la Crème Director of Administration, you will spend your days:

· Operation and maintenance of the ProCare system, including all new and existing family and employee set up, maintenance, and management.

· Evaluate, compile, verify accuracy and distribute all parent billing.

· Collect and record all tuition, fee payments, and bank deposits updating daily.

· Be knowledge and accountable regarding all parent interactions on financial matters.

· Sustain Account Receivables at $0

· Consistently charge late fees to accounts who are past due.

· Pursue, track and collect all aging account receivables.

· Prepare and submit bank deposit report weekly.

· Maintain petty cash and check book register weekly.

· Temporarily assume duties of any vacant position as necessary as directed by your supervisor.

· Assist with facility tours and guide families through the enrollment process.

· Tabulate, organize and deliver Month-End reports to Team Support Center on required date.

· Supply Team Support Center with family disenrollment refund check requests weekly.

· Participate in a minimum of 20 clock hours of training annually or more based on state requirement.

· Prepare and submit invoices weekly.

· Assume duties of Receptionist when needed.

· Circulate all Team Member memos.

· All other duties assigned by the Executive Director.

· You have prior experience working in early childhood education or working in a child care center

· You have previous experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or finance

· You have a high school diploma or higher
