Director of Administrative Services Jobs in South Burlington, VT at NFI Vermont, Inc.
We are looking for the right person to assist in our bath production department. Our goal is to keep the department running in an organized, efficient manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and to exceed customer expectations.

Has good phone etiquette and customer service experience

This role will:
Assist in following each job from the beginning of the project through the installation process. Help with reviewing projects and contracts. Also, order materials and upload all invoices and job pictures into our CRM.
Organize product as received into the warehouse by individual project and update our CRM as products arrive. Help assure all jobs are staged before installation. Work with vendors for product resolution as needed.
Update customers on the time frame of their project throughout the process.
Assist Production Manager with other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
