Greet and engage clients, making them feel valued and comfortable.
Alert advisors upon client arrival to enhance their experience.
Handle phone calls professionally and direct them as needed.
Manage supplies by ordering and tracking inventory.
Assist in various tasks to support teams across the company.
Share valuable customer feedback and insights with management.
