Main goal
As an assistant in the Disciplinary unit of the Integrity and Regulatory division, you will provide administrative support to colleagues and ensure the proper implementation of administrative procedures and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Organising UEFA disciplinary body meetings and hearings: issuing invitations, coordinating travel, transport and accommodation, preparing meeting rooms, booking interpreters, etc.
Coordinating the disciplinary validation of all UEFA matches, including post-match disciplinary correspondence with national associations and clubs
Keeping up to date with the UEFA competition calendar and related regulations
Publishing disciplinary decisions on the UEFA disciplinary website
Entering all disciplinary decisions in UEFA’s Football Administration Management Environment (FAME) and overseeing the electronic transfer of fines to the Finance division
Keeping the disciplinary database up to date
Assisting national associations and clubs with general disciplinary matters
Preparing disciplinary information and reports: final tournament letters, statistical reports, etc.
Providing support on various projects and events
Processing internal and external invoices, creating purchase orders and following up on payments
Requirements
Experience
From 1 to 3 years as an assistant
Education
CFC diploma or equivalent
Languages
English / Proficient
French / Advanced
Other Requirements
Recent legal firm/legal executive/paralegal experience an asset
Ability to organise meetings and other events
Independent and proactive
Collaborative approach
Good knowledge of football
Ability to work in an international environment
Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
