Qualifications:
Proficient in Spreadsheet (Ms. Excel, Google Sheet).
Warehouse process basic knowledge.
Have a strong working ethics and teamwork.
WIllingness to learn, enthusiastic and discipline.
Will be located at Warehouse (Monday – Saturday)
Responsibilities:
Receive and process completed order information from the fulfillment system, preparing packages for dispatch.
Coordinate daily pickup schedules with multiple marketplace-chosen courier services.
Address and resolve issues related to courier pickups, such as missed collections, discrepancies in manifest counts, or labeling problems.
Maintain accurate records of daily dispatches, including handover times, manifest confirmations, and any exceptions or issues.
Track the status of packages up to the point of successful handover to the courier.
