Full Job Description
Must be 21 years of age or older
Welcome all customers and facilitate a seamless check-in process
Perform any clerical duties as needed by store staff
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
Manage the flow of the lobby and customer queue to ensure all customers are helped in a timely manner
Be eager to be cross-trained to work the sales floor or other store positions in addition to reception
Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis * Maintain positive customer relationships to establish loyal customer base
Be advised on all store deals, rules and regulations, and basic knowledge of the area.’
