This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of core admin functions, optimize field crew logistics, and ensure the back-end of our business runs like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee and improve crew route planning and logistics
Audit admin workflows and ensure data accuracy across systems
Manage and mentor junior admin staff
Communicate directly with customers to resolve issues and reschedule appointments
Maintain inventory records and coordinate reorders
Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and solve them
Requirements:
2+ years in an admin, operations, or management role
Excellent organizational skills and follow-through
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $52,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
