BrainBuilders, a well-established ABA agency; providing services for children on the autism spectrum, is seeking a self-starter, able to multitask, receptionist/office assistant for a full-time position. Candidate should be proficient with MS Excel and Word, be extremely detail-oriented and organized and possess excellent time management, problem solving, customer service and writing skills.

Tasks Include:

Communicate professionally and clearly with clients via email and phone
Scheduling and updating active calendars
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Client coordination and assigning therapy rooms
Perform data entry in client software system
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing etc.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by your manager
