Full Job Description
Duties:
– Perform night audit functions, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts and charges
– Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
– Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
– Operate phone systems and assist with answering calls and taking messages
– Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions
Skills:
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
– Attention to detail and ability to accurately handle financial transactions
– Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Please note that previous experience as a night auditor or in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
