Job description
We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Ecommerce Manager to run our online store and own the Shopify channel end-to-end. You'll keep the storefront healthy and on-brand by adding products, QA-ing the site, executing the marketing calendar, and reporting on what's driving sales.
This is not a team leadership role and you won't have direct reports. You'll take direction from the store owner rather than setting strategy yourself. Campaigns and the marketing calendar are decided in advance, and your job is to manage the products and storefront so everything is ready and accurate for each campaign. You'll report to the Marketing Director, who works in English, so fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
What You'll Do
- Run the Shopify channel day-to-day, keeping the store healthy, accurate, and on-brand
- Add and maintain products: create listings, upload copy and images, manage collections, pricing, and inventory status
- Set up products and the storefront to match each predetermined campaign, ensuring everything is ready ahead of launch
- QA the storefront: test pages, links, checkout, and promotions before they go live, catching and fixing issues fast
- Execute the marketing calendar on schedule across on-site campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Build and send EDM / email campaigns, managing flows, segments, and sends
- Track performance metrics (sessions, conversion rate, AOV, revenue) and turn findings into actionable recommendations
- Prepare monthly e-commerce performance reports for leadership
- Monitor competitors and category trends to surface merchandising and promotional opportunities
Required
- More than 2 years of experience in ecommerce or online store management
- Hands-on Shopify experience (product setup, theme basics, app management)
- Experience with email marketing / EDM platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Comfortable with analytics such as GA4, Shopify reports, and conversion tracking
- A sharp eye for detail and a strong QA mindset
- Organised, and able to keep a marketing calendar moving without being chased
- Fluent in English, written and verbal

- Experience with paid channels (Meta / Google / TikTok)
- Basic Liquid / HTML
- Background working with an agency or across multiple brands
- Experience managing inventory or supplier coordination
