Elementary School Secretary Jobs in Bronx, NY at NYCDOE
Mountain View Landscape, LLC is seeking to hire a part-time or full time employee (30- 40 hours a week) Monday thru Friday 9:00 – 3:00 or 8-4pm. Responsibilities would include strong communication skills, provide excellent customer service, taking detailed messages, computer skills (data entry) . A knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office is a plus. Candidates should be dependable, organized and an ability to multi-task, work well independently. Extremely friendly and professional atmosphere.
Some Duties include
Answering Phones and setting appointments
Entry level HR work
Entry level Accounts Receivable work
Filing, keeping track of assets , insurance and DMV registrations
Room for growth with in the organization
