Remuneration: Salary relative to experience and ranges from $75,176.80 to $76,897.65 per annum plus 12% superannuation

Hours per week: 38

Location: Preferred location either St. Leonards or Charlestown, however other NSW Health locations can be considered – flexible hybrid working, with regular scheduled time in the office each week

About the opportunity

As an Employee Services Officer with HealthShare NSW, you will play a vital frontline role in delivering efficient, accurate and customer‑focused employee transactional services across the organisation. Working within a high‑volume environment, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end processing of a wide range of employee, payroll, and recruitment transactions to ensure our workforce is supported throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle.

This role supports a wide range of Employee Services workforce transactions, working across multiple service areas to deliver consistent, high‑quality employee lifecycle and service delivery activities. Accuracy and timeliness are central to your work, as you will validate employee information, check data integrity, and prepare system reports to ensure compliance with awards, policies, and legislative requirements.

You will be part of a collaborative team that values quality, efficiency, and continuous learning. Your strong customer service mindset will help you build effective relationships with staff, managers, and stakeholders as you provide clear, responsive support and contribute to a positive service culture.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, paperless HRIS-based environment.
