As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of around 10 engineers and drive product feature delivery from planning to execution. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Tech Leads to define technical solutions, manage development progress, and improve team performance. The role also includes mentoring engineers, supporting architectural decisions, and balancing feature development with long-term technical improvements in a global development environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of web application development experience
- Hands-on coding experience in at least one programming language
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- Business-level English and JLPT N1-level Japanese
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
