Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Back Office Agent (Voice & Non-Voice) based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves handling back-office tasks including data processing, responding to emails, and managing customer information. Responsibilities also include assisting with customer service in both voice and non-voice capacities, providing accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date records and documentation. The role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English communication, including written and verbal skills
- Experience in customer service, with a focus on both voice and non-voice support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle data processing and documentation
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and software such as Microsoft Office or similar applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Prior experience in a BPO or customer support environment is an advantage
