Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our well-established Auto Repair Center as a Administrative Assistant. This role requires someone who is punctual, organized, and able to multitask effectively. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking in customers, and managing paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for customers and insurance companies
Greet and check in customers
Organize and maintain files and paperwork
Respond to emails and handle scanning, faxing, and filing of documents
Provide excellent customer service through friendly and professional communication
Qualifications:
Strong passion for performing tasks accurately and correctly
Excellent attention to detail and ability to start tasks independently
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Team)
Friendly and professional communication skills for customer interactions
Fluent in English (Spanish or Polish is a plus)
Comfortable scheduling appointments with both customers and insurance companies
Knowledgeable in computer systems (Windows)
Ability to handle administrative tasks such as email responses, faxing, and document organization
Requirements:
1+ year of work experience preferred
Must be able to work some evenings and weekends, as needed
Position Details:
Full-time positions available (40 hours per week)
