Job Summary
The Event Admin Assistant will be assisting the Director of Sales in creating the best guest experience while striving to produce and contribute group sales revenue for Paddlefish and Terralina Crafted Italian at Disney Springs.
Supports Director of Sales in developing and maintaining strong relationships with operating departments
Promotes a positive environment, maximizing productivity and morale
Maintains a strong relationship with external vendors and clients
Assist Director of Sales in administrative processes to support great guest experiences
Ensures, in conjunction with the Director of Sales, all sales presentations are professional and accurately reflect Levy’s Core Values
Communicates regularly and clearly with guests to manage guests expectations
Maintains menu file of competitors and client files
Maintain work station and has strong attention to details
Detailed responsibilities
Creating new client files, including entering contract details into Reserve
Updating event menu selections and BEOS in Reserve
Print event menu cards and create signage for events
Answering the phones and checking voicemails to assist clients with new event inquiries or event questions
Inputting post event numbers and financials into Reserve
Processing deposits and event payments
Assist with Priority Seating reservation needs and communication to the location
Distributing BEOS, event menus/files, Priority Seating notes and weekly Schedule of Events to the locations
Client interaction for site visits and events, as needed
