About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Temporary Event Support Executive to support the planning and delivery of the 12th International Rubber Glove Conference & Exhibition (12th IRGCE 2026).
This role provides operational and administrative support across event logistics, conference registration, exhibitor services, sponsorship fulfilment and onsite event operations. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the event is delivered professionally and efficiently while working closely with internal teams, exhibitors, sponsors, suppliers and delegates.
Key Responsibilities
Event Operations Support
- Assist in coordinating daily event planning activities and project timelines.
- Support Project Director in meeting arrangements and operational logistics.
- Prepare operational documents including checklists, schedules, reports and event manuals.
- Assist in organising event materials, signage, delegate packs and exhibitor documents.
Conference & Registration Support
- Assist with delegate registration and database administration.
- Process registration enquiries, confirmations and payment records.
- Prepare name badges, attendance lists and registration materials.
- Provide onsite registration support and attendee assistance during the event.
Exhibitor & Sponsor Coordination
- Support exhibitors with operational enquiries before and during the event.
- Coordinate sponsorship deliverables and branding requirements.
- Follow up on submission deadlines for exhibitor manuals, artwork and technical forms.
- Liaise with official contractors to ensure timely delivery of exhibitor services.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate filing, documentation and correspondence.
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up action lists.
- Coordinate courier services and event inventory.
- Support ad-hoc administrative assignments as required.
Onsite Event Support
- Assist with exhibition move-in and move-out coordination.
- Support conference room operations and speaker preparation.
- Ensure event activities are delivered according to operational schedules and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of working experience in event management, exhibitions, conferences or project coordination.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience supporting B2B exhibitions or conferences is an added advantage.
