1. Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial transactions (cash, bank, card, and online payments)
  • Prepare and process supplier payments on time
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds for operations
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and supplier balances
  • Prepare financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Coordinate with outlets regarding cash deposits and sales reports
  • Ensure all payments are properly authorized before processing
  • Support audits and maintain proper documentation

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in finance/accounts (QSR experience is an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills

2. Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the company and outlets
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and stock orders
  • Coordinate maintenance and utility-related issues (water, electricity, etc.)
  • Handle government registrations, licenses, and renewals
  • Maintain proper documentation for outlet operations
  • Support HR tasks (attendance, coordination, basic employee matters)
  • Arrange logistics and coordinate with suppliers and service providers
  • Ensure smooth communication between head office and outlets
  • Handle general office management and support operations

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in administration (QSR experience preferred)
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle government processes and documentation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
